Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individual undergoing Aarohana krama snehapana indicated for virechana. Those who are willing to give the blood.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients contraindicated for Virechana karma. Known case of Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Thyroid related complaints Irritable bowel Syndrome. Pregnant and lactating women. Any severe illness.

Is there any change in the Selective blood parameter and CGM changes induced by Snehapana with respect to jeeryamana and jeerna lakshanas. Changes in CGM, Fasting Insulin, C peptide, T3, T4, Leptin, Grelin and CortisolTimepoint: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 14th day
