Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of pilonidal sinus of any tract length, chronicity, number of tracts and prior surgical status for pilonidal sinus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with Diabetic mellitus, Hypertension and Hemophilia Spinal disorders and other secondary sinuses Participants with cardiac diseases
