Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1Amateur badminton players age 18-35. 2 regularly participated in badminton training 4 hours per week. 4 Both male and female players 5 Participants who clear the mcgills endurance test of minimum 1-3 minutes 6 IPAQ category 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Players with recent surgery, recent fractures in the last 1 year 2. Acute muscular-tendinous injuries or acute joint pathologies like chondromalacia patellae, arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, bursitis, gout etc .players with joint instability. 3. Any form of acute or chronic pain that limits the movement of the upper limb, lower limb, and trunk 4. Any other neuromuscular disorders. 5. If player regularly participated in particular sport other than badminton.
