Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of age group 30-50 years having low back pain on 4-6 based on VAS score with duration of more than 3 months. 2. Both male and female is to be included in the study. 3.Patient with low back pain referred from Neurologist or orthopedician

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of spinal surgery or fracture. 2. Any neurological and orthopaedic disorder evaluated by neurologist or orthopedician. 3. LBP with a specific underlying pathology such as tumour, infection, inflammatory disorders, hernia disc, and prolapsed disc 4. Signs consistent with nerve root compression, e.g., positive straight-leg-raise test 5. Diminished reflexes 6. prior lumbar spine surgery 7. history of osteoporosis. 8. Pregnancy
