Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical Anger Scale Score-14 to 63 irrespective of religion,Caste,or race.Participants who has given written consent.Participants who are able to perform Asanas.Co-operative and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 years and above 60 years. Any other systemic diseases affecting their mood swings. Physical disability and trauma. Subjects who are non co-operative. Subjects who are on any medications or psychiatric treatment.
