Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40 to 70 years 2. Stage I and II Primary Adhesive capsulitis 3. Unilateral shoulder involvement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic /fracture in upper extremity 2. Patients with malignancy 3. Post-operative shoulder 4. Patient under steroid therapy 5. Bilateral cases. 6. Grade 3 stage of frozen shoulder. 7. Patient with severe osteoarthritis 8. Patient with diabetes with post prandial blood sugar above 200mg%. 9. Patient with SSNB or IA steroid in last 6 months.
