Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 35 years to 50 years 2.primary arterial hypertension 3.Under antihypertensive medication from their primary care physician or specialist at the time of the investigation. 4.Those who were willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 severe psychatric co morbidites 2 Coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, or stroke in the previous 3 months 3.Pregnancy or breastfeeding 4.Any pathology involving legs
