Inclusion criteria: Fissure due to primary condition Patient are having sign and symptoms of parikartika will be included Those ready to give written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fissure due to secondary condition. Rectal polyp. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. Immunosuppessive medication. Internal piles External thrombosed piles. Known case of malignancy Known case of CA of Anus and Rectum. Known case of HIV and immune deficiency syndrome
