Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Subjects are healthy non-smokers without any cardiovascular or respiratory illnesses. 2 Those Subjects who are engaged in yoga activity. 3 Healthy volunteers of both genders within the age range of 18–30 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of Active sports training background. 2 If there is any past medical history of significant conditions such as tuberculosis, high blood pressure, diabetes, and bronchial asthma. 3 Recent history of major surgery, alcohol consumption, smoking, and no vegetarian diet. 4 History of chronic respiratory disease.
