Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed Acanthosis Nigricans. Above 18 years both gender. Patients giving consent for treatment. Comparator agent name:50% Glycolic acid.30% Trichloroacedic acid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and Breast feeding women. Patient on topical treatment for last 3 weeks. Malignant AN.

MeasureTime frame
Evaluate the efficacy of peeling agents.Timepoint: total 12 weeks / 3 session each session 2 weeks apart and follow up after 6 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To Analyse the side effects of the peeling agents.To calculate the average number of sessions needed for improvement.Timepoint: 1 year 9 months.
