Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All consecutive patients with diagnosis of Wilson’s disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o pregnancy or breastfeeding o Patients having pre-existing cardiac diseases, associated with other diseases (i.e., RHD, Congenital heart disease). o Patient having decompensated cirrhosis. o Patients having severe neurological impairment.
