Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients with cancer 2. Admitted as inpatients 3.Directly under the care of Palliative Medicine or seen by Palliative medicine as consult. 4. Receiving pharmacotherapy for symptom management where symptoms are due to the illness or illness -related complication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients consulted for acute symptom management in a post- operative or post procedure setting

Frequency of off label use by therapeutic drug class and associated evidence b) Frequency of off label use by drug and associated evidence c) Clinical Indications treated with off-label drugs and the most frequently used off-label drugs for them. Timepoint: At the end of 18th month of the study
