Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: nursing officers working in aiims delhi from 0-2 years. any gender ability to read ,write and understanding english and hindi. participants who are interested and consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: nursing officers who are on any kind of leave. nursing officers with current diagnosis of any mental health issue such as depression, anxiety or severe mental illness.
