Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lower limb orthopedic surgery done under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Asa 3 Cardiac disease Bradycardia Hemodynamic unstable Allergy to dexmedetomidine or local anesthesia
