Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with non contributory history Permanent teeth without previous restoration Teeth with necrotic or infected pulp as diagnosed clinically and radiographically Teeth having adequate coronal structure for proper isolation, temporisation and restoration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on antibiotic therapy in last three months Pregnant Women periodical abscess Pretreatment cases calcified canals sinus opening immature apex internal and external resorption periodontal pockets greater than 5 mm
