Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a)Patient fulfilling diagnostic criteria for Chittodvega w.s.r. to Generalized Anxiety Disorder b)Patient aged between 16-65 years. c)Patient fit for Ghrita Pana and Pratimarsha Nasya Karma d)Patient of either sex e)Patient willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Age less than 16 and more than 65 years b) Pregnant and lactating mother c) Patient who are unfit for Ghrita Pana and Pratimarsha Nasya Karma. d) Patient suffering from any severe psychiatric disorder (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, mood disorder) and systemic disorders like hypertension, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, malignancies etc. were excluded. e) Patients having drug dependency
