Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)Patient fulfilling diagnostic criteria for Chittodvega w.s.r. to Generalized Anxiety Disorder b)Patient aged between 16-65 years. c)Patient fit for Ghrita Pana and Pratimarsha Nasya Karma d)Patient of either sex e)Patient willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Age less than 16 and more than 65 years b) Pregnant and lactating mother c) Patient who are unfit for Ghrita Pana and Pratimarsha Nasya Karma. d) Patient suffering from any severe psychiatric disorder (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, mood disorder) and systemic disorders like hypertension, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, malignancies etc. were excluded. e) Patients having drug dependency

Following parameters will be assessed for the reduction in their score 1.Ayasa (easy fatigability) 2.Unmattachittatvama (fickle mindedness) 3.Shirsha Shoonyata (feeling of emptiness in the head) 4.Krodha (anger) 5.Angavedana/Angamarda (body pains) 6.Anidra/ Nidra nash (inability to sleep) 7.Anannabhilasha (aversion of food) 8.Udvega (agitation) 9. Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale Timepoint: Assessment in both the Groups will be done: Day 0 At the time of enrollment Day 15 At the end of treatment Day 30 At the time of follow up	—
