Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Adult patients (18 and 60 years of age) irrespective of their gender with stable body weight for 6 months preceding the study period. 2)Patients categorized as overweight and obese class 1 as defined by National institute of Health (BMI - 25 - 29.9 for overweight) and (BMI - 30-34.9 for Obese Class 1). 3)Patients fit for Yoga, Basti and Nasya 4)Chronicity less than 10 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient, suffering from any acute or chronic debilitating disease(conditions involving cardiac, vascular, haematological, respiratory, hepatic, gastrointestinal, renal functions, endocrinal, central nervous system. or psychiatric disorder or active cancer) and having other serious pathology. 2)Pregnant women and lactating mother. 3)Patients with a history of blood donation or transfusion, intake of vitamin and supplements within the 3 months preceding study.
