Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 3 to 12 years irrespective of sex religion caste and socioeconomic status Confirmed case of cerebral palsy according to detailed clinical history and neurological examination followed by different scales for gross motor functions and cognitive function Patient’s parents willing to enroll in study with written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individual below 3 years and above 12 years of age 2.Progressive neurological disorder 3.Children with poorly control epilepsy ,recurrent status epilepticus, juvenile diabetes and severe cognitive impairment 4.Mixed variety of cerebral palsy 5. Any chronic illness or serious life threatening conditions
