Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Hb gm% within the range 8-11 gm/dl Age 20-60 yrs Both male and female patients Iron deficiency anaemia -mild and moderate cases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hb gm% below8gm/dl Haemolytic and aplastic anaemia Peptic Ulcer Degenerating diseases Tuberculosis Hypertension Cardiac Pathology Anaemia due to malignancy Below 20 yrs of age
