Intervention1: Nitrous Oxide: Nitrous Oxide and oxygen is used in 50 : 50 %, through inhalational route

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Health care personnel who are exposed for more than 3 years working more than 5hours or more per day exposed to nitrous oxide. and control group consists of health care personnel not exposed to nitrous oxide. 2.Health care personnel exposed to nitrous oxide and health care personnel not exposed to nitrous oxide who agrees and gives consent to the above study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: who have history 1.Anemia (hemoglobin 2.Alchoholics 3.smokers 4.personnel with neurological deficits (tremors, myopathy, dementia, depression, stroke, psychosis, parasthesias, numbness, autonomic neuropathy) 5.personnel with malabsorption syndromes, glossitis, mucocutaneous ulcer. 6.uncontrolled type two diabetes 7. Peptic ulcer disease, hyperacidity, gastritis, chrons disease. 8. participants on metformin, proton pump inhibitors, H2 histamine receptor Antagonists.
