Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Post-operative wounds of patients pre-operatively diagnosed as Shleshmika Arsha and fitting the diagnostic criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age more than 60 and below 18 years. 2.Pregnant women, Lactating mother, Major operations. 3.Patients having chronic fissure in-ano and fissure in-ano with sentinel tags or hemorrhoids. 4.Patients suffering from uncontrolled hypertension (BP more than 140/90 mmHg), uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (RBS more than 140 mg/Dl) and other major systemic disorders.
