Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Females willing to give written informed consent .2)Diagnosed patients of primary dysmenorrhea. 3) Age group 18-25 year. 4) Female suffering from painful menstruation with at least last 3 consecutive regular menstrual cycle (21-35 days) with normal bleeding. 5)Patient of moderate dysmenorrhea ( as per WaLIDD score). 6)Selection of subjects irrespective of religion, socioeconomic status, occupation etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Subjects with age below 18 and above 25 years. 2)Patients on any hormonal therapy. 3)Subjects with any hormonal abnormalities like hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, polycystic ovarian disease. 4)Subjects with any pathological condition like fibroid uterus, endometriosis, adenomyosis etc. 5)Subject with painful menses due any other gynaecological pathology ( secondary dysmenorrhea) 6)Subjects with any contraceptives or IUCD
