Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of 30 to70 years of either sex Fit with all subjective and objective criteria Diagnosed and Histopathologically proved postSurgical or Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy cases of OSCC Radiation volume between 100 cm2 to 170cm2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Metastatic origin HIV Active Hepatitis Haematemesis etc

MeasureTime frame
The study will be carried out on 30 sample size to know the efficacy of Panchagavya ghrta and Roudra rasa after CT and RT of Oral Squamous cell Carcinoma as an comparative with only CT RT as control group for the study period of one and half yearTimepoint: 45 days medicine will be given to patient and assessment will be done before and after the therapy for 45 days and follow up for 3 months and the total study period will be for one and half years

The comparative study helps in giving a quality of life & reducing a disease as well as post CT RT complications with cost effective management of Oral Squamous Cell CarcinomaTimepoint: treatment will be given for 45 days & follow up will be done for 3 months
