Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 the child age between neonate to 18 yrs 2 the children and their caregiverss who revisit pediatric emergency department aiims 3 those how wills to participate in the study 4 caregivers who are able to read and write hindi or english

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Those children who were treated elsewhere and revisits ED of AIIMS 2 those children who were not admitted in pediatric emergency department
