Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Recreational Volleyball players recruited from colleges of Nitte Deemed-to-be University 2.Male and female students of Age: 18-25 years 3.Recreational Volleyball Players with decreased ankle range of motion and strength

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recreational Volleyball Players 1.With Fractures 2.Any recent lower limb and spinal injuries 3.Cardiorespiratory problems 4.Pain during medical and physical examination are excluded from the study 5.Players who play less than 3-4 times in a week
