Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are fit for basti karma after proper evaluation Subjects with controlled diabetes mellitus type 2 (HbA1c upto 7.0gm%) Subjects with controlled hypertension(BP 140/90mm hg) Subjects with obesity with class 1 category( BMI 34.9) Subjects with janusandhigata vata with chronicity less than 10 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjcets with any congenital bony deformity. Subjcets of amavata, vatarakta, janu sandhigata vata due to abhigata. Janu sandhigata vata secondary to endocrine dysfunction. Subjcets with diabetes mellitus type 1.
