Intervention1: Jump training: Depth jump on 5 boxes ht.15cm 10 meters jogging depth jump 5 boxes ht. 35 cm jogging 10 meters double foot jump on 5 boxes ht 25cm jogging 10 meters depth jumping

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female gymnasts aged between 6 to 13 years of age with a minimum of 2 years experience of the game .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with recent injury (3 months) , Injuries that can affect the landing performance such as ACL Tears , recent Fractures , Chronic Low back pain , recent Ankle sprains, any developmental anomly.
