Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All women visiting obstetrics and gynecology OPD in AIIMS Bibinaga with heavy menstrual bleeding without a structural cause.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Samples displaying evidence of hyperplasia or atypia on microscopic evaluation. 2) Samples with tissue that are inadequate for further immunohistochemical evaluation 3) Patients with pelvic inflammatory disease or any other conditions affecting the immunity like autoimmune diseases. 4) Patients on immune modifying drugs.
