Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 17 to 39 years(9). 2. Both male and female. 3. Patients BMI =25 kg/m2 & =35kg/m2 4. Patients who are willing to participate in the study. 5. No regular physical exercise 6. Waist circumference =80 cm for female and =90 for male 7.CRP level =10 mg/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute or chronic infection, secondary obesity, diabetes , hereditary or systemic inflammatory disease 2. Persons who are taking any medicine or supplement for weight reduction 3. Those who were practicing yoga regularly for more than one month 4. Women during pregnancy & lactation 5. Persons with high sensitive CRP level more than 10 mg/L 6.Individuals who has undergone recent abdominal surgery. 7.Individuals with spinal deformity, sciatica hernia and slipped disc. 8.Individuals who smoke and drink alcohol. 9.Person suffering from high blood pressure and cardiac issues.
