Exclusion criteria: A history of Anesthetic allergy A history of cardiovascular or pulmonary disease Renal dysfunction A history of mental or neurological disease A history of Radiotherapy or chemotherapy Alcohol or drug abuse 7.Preoperative medication use that might influence sympathetic responses to surgical incision

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
MAC- BAR of desflurane required to have no hemodynamics during surgical incision.Timepoint: Intraoperative period Dose of inhalational anesthetic desflurane will be increased by 0.25 MAC or decreased by 0.25 MAC based on the hemodynamic response at 1 and 2 minutes after skin incision during intraoperative period.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Hemodynamic response to skin incision BIS value Timepoint: Intraoperative period at the time of 1 minute & 2 minutes after surgical incision.
