Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married women in the age group 25 to 55 years having first and second degree of uterovaginal prolapse with H/o = 1 vaginal delivery. Patient presenting with complains of mass per vaginum, stress urinary incontinence, low backache, vaginal discharge.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital elongation of cervix, fibroid polyp of cervix, chronic inversion of uterus, unhealthy cervix and atrophic vaginitis. Known cases of STDs and genital malignancies Pregnancy Uncontrolled systemic illnesses (DM, HTN)
