Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy children regardless of their gender. Both Males and Females. They are 12–16 years old with no history of any illness for at least six months before the study. People who are ready to give willing consent A written informed consent form was obtained from the participant and their guardians after explaining the steps of the study. They also underwent systemic health checkups by a trained physician, who otherwise had no role in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwilling subjects and the ones who could not comprehend and follow the instructions given by the instructor were excluded. Subjects who are taking drugs. Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
