Intervention1: Open/Close reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wire for metatarsal fracture: Patients having metatarsal fractures will be assessed by x-rays and with all appropriate consents

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Single or Multiple metatarsal fractures 2) Open or closed fractures
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Pathological fractures 2)Avulsion fractures 3)Stress fractures 4)Patients having pre-existing ipsilateral ankle, foot, knee and hip conditions
