Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having positive stool examination (presence of ova,cyst) History of passing worms in the stools.Teeth grinding during sleep (Bruxism).Parent’s or patient informant willing to sign in the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with chronic diseases like primary complex, chronic renal failure etc Patients not willing to give blood and motion sample for investigation Patients with known case of enteric fever
