Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy individuals Periodontitis patients with probing pocket depths more than 4 mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any form of systemic illness Individuals under any systemic medications Individuals receiving antibiotic therapy or nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs during the previous two months periodontal treatment during the previous 6 months Use of oral topical agents like mouthwash, gum paints before 3 months and during the study Smokers Pregnancy lactation
