Intervention1: Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy: Frequency range10 -20 Hz
Intensity Upto 160mT for 30 minutes Intervention2: Matrix Rhythm Therapy: Using Matrixmobil Ocillator for 20 mins Control Intervention1: Interferential Current Therapy: 4 pole, Frequency 80- 100 Hz

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Both genders 2) Age:50 – 70 years 3) Diagnosed patients with Osteoarthritis of knee 4) Grade 3 of OA - Moderate 5) Knee pain scores on more than 3 on Numerical Pain Rating Scale 6) Patients with controlled Co morbidities – Hyper/ hypotension, Diabetes Milletus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Any history of knee surgery, lower limb fractures, ligament and soft tissue injuries in the past 6 months 2) Vascular disease 3) Patients having pacemaker, stent organ transplants 4) History of any major medical illness in the past 6 months
