Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed cases for atleast 3 months duration Give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients having unrealistic expectations or having psychiatric illness patients with renal, cardiac or hepatic disorders immunocompromised patients Pregnancy and lactating mothers
