Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female college students Those who are willing to participate Pain localized interior and posteriomedial side of the shin and having local tenderness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any type of surgery, tibial fracture, ankle injury, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, neurological disorder ,any bone pathology.
