| There is a poor correlation between objective measurements and subjective nasal potency symptoms, several studies in which objective measures were used showed no correlation with patient satisfaction after septoplasty (9). If septum is a cause of Eustachian tube dysfunction, the Ear surgery results are less than adequate and also cause recurrence of the ear condition. This study would also facilitate authentification of the Endoscopic anatomic classification of deviated nasal septum given by senior author and study its types affecting eustachian tube function and grading it accordingly and measure nasal resistance and correlate the above parameters.Timepoint: Assessment will be done preoperative and one week postoperative. total study time would be two years. | — |
