Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with vocal fold nodule on video laryngoscopy giving informed consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having any other associated laryngeal pathology Patients having peptic ulcer disease , chronic gastritis or any other disease for which patient already receives any PPI drugs

Improvement in voice quality with decrease in hoarseness of voice and decrease in effort to speak and voice fatigue. Timepoint: 4 weeks	—
