Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with age group of 18 to 25 years 2) Both Married and Unmarried 3) Patients with pain beginning before or during the onset of menstruation 4) Patients with or without associated symptoms of nausea, vomiting, constipation, breast tenderness before or during the onset of menstruation. • Patients with pratyatma lakshanas, having a history for minimum 2 consecutive cycles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with any systemic disorders which may interfere in the course of treatment.

Reduction of pain during menstruation, reduction in associated symptoms of nausea, committing, constipation, breast tenderness during menstruation.Timepoint: Day 1 of first menstrual cycle (Before Treatment), Day 1 of 3rd menstrual cycle (After Treatment) and Day 1 of 4th mensrual cycle (After Followup)
