Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy children( at the time vaccination) of both gender attending the vaccination centre of SPINPH. All Children from birth to 16 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Guardian/ attendent who refuse to give assent and contact details for follow up. 2. Children with fever, cough, cold and having recent history convulsions. 3. Children with incomplete or insufficient data on AEFI such as missing vaccination documents

Proportion of children reporting AEFI. Proportion of children under different WHO AEFI causality assessment categories. Proportion of children with different severity of AEFI Percentage of children with an incidence of AEFI for each specific vaccine administered at the centre. Proportion of parent/attendant with varying KAP Percentage of guardians/attendants with myths and misconceptions related to paediatrics vaccination. Timepoint: 6 month
