Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Hospitalized Infants and young children(6 to 24 months) 2.First episode of respiratory distress associated with wheezing 3.Clinical severity score 0 to 6 (ANNEXURE-1)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of two or more episodes of respiratory distress in past 2.H/o Pneumonia & Antibiotic use 3.Family history of asthma 4.Critically ill Infants and young children (6 to 24 months) suggesting severe acute bronchiolitis 5.Associated cardiopulmonary diseases such as congenital heart disease, cystic lung disease, etc. 6.Preterm birth or history of mechanical ventilation in neonatal period 7.Patients with clinical signs of bacterial infection
