Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy participants aged 18-35, both male and female, willing to give consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with psychiatric illness,systemic illness,surgical history,recent injuries,refractive errors

| Dynamic Pupillometry will assess the pupillary light reflex post 5 minutes of dark adaptation. Parameters such as reflex latency (RL), minimum pupil diameter (MPD), baseline pupil diameter (BPD), maximum constriction velocity (MCV), maximum redilation velocity (MRV), absolute constriction amplitude (ACA), absolute dilation amplitude (ADA), duration of constriction (DC), and duration of dilation (DD) will be analyzed.Timepoint: Assessment will occur 5 minutes before and after the intervention. | — |

| HRV is measured after completing the PLR test, & the subject will be advised to rest for 5 minutes in a supine position on a couch.
