Inclusion criteria: Mechanical low back pain Moderate NPRS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any Spinal injuries and spine fractures Spinal deformities Scoliosis, Kyphosis, Degenerative conditions -spondylosis ,Spondylolisthesis, PIVD Neurological diseases
