Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fasting Blood Sugar Level =126 mg/dl (7.0mmol/l). Two-hour plasma glucose = 200mg/dl.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 1 DM. Diabetic complications like Cardiomyopathy, Neuropathy, Nephropathy,Retinopathy, Diabetic ketoacidosis Patients suffering from other systemic disorders Pregnant and Lactating women.
