Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of age group 19 to 60 years, irrespective of their gender, occupation. 2. All patients having signs and symptoms in Gala region as a) Kanthashopha (Oedema in Oro-pharyngeal region) b) Kanthakandu(ItchinginOro-pharyngealregion) c) Aaraktata (Posterior pharyngeal wall congestion) religion, 3. All patients having body temperature ranging from 98.6 °F to 100 °F.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having moderate to high grade fever, having body temperature above 100 °F 2. Patients having chronic conditions in pharynx like carcinoma in the pharynx / throat region/ oral cavity. 3. Patients having systemic illnesses like HTN,DM,HIV, Tuberculosis.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Kanthashopa, Kanthakandu, Aaraktata will be decreased, subject will get relief from Galagraha.Timepoint: Follow Up will be taken on 3rd and 7th day .Symptoms will be noted before and after treatment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Subject will get relief from Jwara (Low Grade Fever).Timepoint: 18 Months
