Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients between 18-60 years of age. 2.Patients with clinical signs and symptoms of Vataj Sirashool 3.Patients of either gender. 4.Patients fit for Nasya karma. 5.Patients willing to participate in trial and follow up with a signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe systemic disorders as Uncontrolled Hypertension, Cardiac Problem, Diabetes Mellitus, Tuberculosis, Paralysis, malignant disease etc. 2. Patients of sinusitis. 3. Headache due to any organic lesion. 4. Headache due to injuries. 5. Headache due to any chronic systemic disease.
