Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of Anaesthesiologists ASA physical status 1 and 2 patients scheduled to undergo elective surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anticipated difficult airway Previous history of dental pathology Previous surgery to mouth pharynx larynx or cervical spine Increased risk of aspiration Pregnancy BMI more than 35
