Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 50 adult patients age group 18-60 years who have sustained head injury and mechanically ventilated in ICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Requirement of high PEEP, Ocular trauma, ocular fracture, Allergy to study drug, Presence of Chest injury, Hemodynamically instability, Oxygen saturation less than 90, Decompressive craniotomy, History of severe cardio respiratory disorders, Pregnancy and lactation
